Thank you for shopping with ANAM. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business day (excluding holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Prefer to Pick Up Your Order?

To arrange pickup, email us at info@byanam.nl with the item, color, size, and your name.

We’ll send you a payment link to complete your order.

Once payment is complete, we’ll arrange a pickup time.

Please note: Items are only reserved after full payment. Pickup is not available until your order has been paid in full.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
